Owners ask us
Is registering a contract?
No. Registering only tells us you're interested. You'll see and sign the Lot Owner Agreement later, before your lot goes live.
Do I keep control of my property?
Yes. You choose which spots, which hours, and your own lot rules. You can pause your listing anytime.
How do I get paid?
Drivers pay in the app. You're paid for every hour your spots are booked, sent to your bank account through our payment partner. We'll share the details when we set you up.
What do I need to prove?
That you own the lot, or have the owner's written permission, plus liability insurance on the property. We help you with the list during setup.
What happens to my information?
We use it only to contact you about listing your lot. We never sell it.
